We've taken the plunge and are buying our first home! It's almost 2100 sq ft with 4 beds and 2.5 baths. It's located in Sunridge, which is a neighboring development to Anatolia. For those of you not from Sacto, it's still in Sac County. We are really, really excited! It will be a great home for us to grow into. They are estimating an August move in date, but possibly July. Did I mention we are excited?
This is the model home. Our home will be cream with gray trim and blueish/gray shutters. 
We are very excited about our pantry-as you can see! Lots of space for food storage, as is the Mormon way!
Here is our lot. You can't tell from this, but our backyard will be 46 feet deep. We'll have a two story behind us, but the houses on either side of us will be single.

What a lovely home!!! And its your first, too! You guys did awesome! We are really excited for you. It is a such a nice plan, Kari. You have all that space for kids and toys (and food) and even a nice room in front where people don't have to see messes. Our back yards look to be about the same size. It is a great size, you can do so much with that space. And do you have a fireplace, too? Suuper nice.
